Starter is $30 a month (about 110 AED/SAR). It includes AI text replies, one WhatsApp number, and a shared inbox.
Business is $60 a month (about 220 AED/SAR). It adds voice note understanding, full Arabic, English, and Urdu handling, three team seats, and learning from your uploaded material.
Enterprise is custom. Contact us to talk about it.
Paying yearly
Pay yearly and save 20%: Starter $288 a year, Business $576 a year. Pick Monthly or Yearly on the plan page before you check out.
Your first month
On a monthly plan, your first month is 50% off. It is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. Yearly plans do not get it because the yearly price is already discounted.
Your free week
One week free. No card needed. Both plans include the free week, and we do not ask for a card to start it. The week begins when you connect your WhatsApp number, not when you sign up, so nothing is spent while you are still setting up.
When the week ends Swalfy stops replying to your customers automatically. Their messages still arrive and still appear in your inbox. Add a card in Settings, Billing, and the replies start again. If you add one before the week is over you are not charged that day: billing starts when the free week would have ended.
Currency
Your card is charged in your local currency by Stripe.
Cancelling
Go to Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing, then cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Invoices and card changes
Manage both from the same place: Settings, then Billing.
